“Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication”, supposedly said Leonardo da Vinci. Half a millenium later, somebody came up with a KISS, a catchy acronym that stands for a design principle ‘Keep it simple, stupid’. It states that most things in life work best if they are kept simple rather than made complicated. In other words, simplicity should be a key goal in design. Sounds about right, right?
